Four Bean Mexican Chili
Bean Chili Recipe Ingredients
8 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbs olive oil
2 cans Mexican seasoned tomatoes (15 oz cans)
15 oz can black beans, drained
15 oz can kidney beans, drained
15 oz can chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained
10 oz frozen lima beans, thawed
3 tbs chili powder
1 tbs cumin
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Cayenne pepper to taste
Bean Chili Recipe Directions
Briefly saute the garlic in oil
Add in all the beans, chili powder and cumin
Stir and let simmer with the lid on for about half an hour, or just until the lima beans are tender.
Add vinegar and a dash of cayenne pepper, to taste.
