Garlic Red Chili Sauce

Not for the faint of heart, this Garlic lovers dish will have your mouth dancing with delight.

Chili Sauce Recipe Ingredients

10 cloves of garlic, minced
6 onions, chopped
½ cup vegetable oil
7 oz red chilies, seeded and chopped
1 ½ cups tomato sauce

Chili Sauce Recipe Directions

In a skillet or saucepan, fry onions in oil until they start to soften.
Add garlic and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.
Reduce the heat to a simmer, and add red chilies.
Cook for another 5 minutes.

Spoon garlic and pepper mixture into a blender or food processor.
Add tomato sauce and puree until smooth.
Pour back into the pan, and simmer again for another 15 minutes.
Use immediately, or refrigerate for later.
