Easy Chili Recipe Ingredients

1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes (15 oz cans)
2 cans kidney beans (15 oz cans)
8 oz can V8 or tomato juice
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp beef bouillon powder

Easy Chili Recipe Directions

Brown ground beef with onion in a large skillet or frying pan.
Drain off the excess grease, then add the remaining ingredients.
Heat to a boil, then reduce heat down to a low simmer.
Let it cook for half an hour.
Spoon garlic and pepper mixture into a blender or food processor.
Add tomato sauce and puree until smooth.
Pour back into the pan, and simmer again for another 15 minutes.
Use immediately, or refrigerate for later.
